As you'd expect, the ordering process is completely secure. You'll be sent an e-mail with all the registration information you need, and details of how to download the software, which consists of a 23Mb file. If you asked for a CD, we'll also despatch a copy to you - please allow 28 days for delivery.

The Encyclopedia is available in a choice of two formats, depending on how you'd like to receive updated information. The Standard format is provided with a year's supply of free downloads, but after that there's a small annual subscription to keep the Encyclopedia's contents up to date. Alternatively, you can choose the Lifetime format, which is slightly more expensive, but allows you to update the contents of the Encyclopedia indefinitely.
